A matching hash does not prove where a number came from
Reproducibility hashing is load-bearing here, and it is routinely asked to prove something it cannot.

A result's hash matches its payload. What has that established?
Decide before you follow the link. Nothing is recorded — the value is in having been wrong on purpose once.
Now go and look
Open any run and read its hash and execution class together.
What you should see
Only that the record is self-consistent — anyone can compute a correct hash over a fabricated result. The execution class is the separate claim about how the numbers were produced, and this registry refuses results labelled HARDWARE because it cannot verify them.
