Quantum phase estimation executed as a real statevector simulation: Hadamards, the controlled-phase ladder and an inverse QFT applied to a state vector, with the Born-rule distribution sampled. Dyadic eigenphases are exactly representable and succeed with probability 1; non-representable phases report the nearest bin and record that the phase was not exact.
